Counselling and Hypnosis

Most of us experience traumas and difficult times. Bereavement, depression, relationship, and sexuality issues are a common part of what it means to be human.

Healing and growth invariably occur when we have a better, more profound knowledge of ourselves and how we respond to different situations.

Therapy offers an opportunity for you to talk these through confidentially with a therapist who listens and who is ‘fully present’ and non-judgmental. In this safe environment, you can begin to understand yourself at a deep level, discovering or rekindling the gifts and abilities to make you happier, healthier, and more fulfilled in your relationships and your life in general.

Because I take a ‘whole-person approach to my work, I will always be proactive in contacting other health or legal professionals, on your behalf, as situations or symptoms may demand.

It is very important to realize that nobody can be hypnotized against their will. When you are in hypnosis, you are relaxed, but you remain fully aware of everything and you stay in total control. Hypnotherapy has no harmful side effects and it delivers long-lasting and sometimes permanent benefits.

Who are you, and why did you become the person you are now? Hypnotherapy allows you to see and deal with significant events and feelings, removing limiting beliefs from the past and visualizing a better scenario for the future.

Hypnotherapy can help with a variety of issues like weight loss, smoking, sporting performance, addictions, and phobias. it can also help you build self-confidence, break negative or undesirable habits, and improve your sleep.

“If you look the right way, you can see that the whole world is a garden”– Frances Hodgson Burnett (GR). Being aware of your minor infractions is good and acting on them is being brave.
